Responsibilities
Design and deliver a comprehensive NetSuite implementation and optimization roadmap tailored to the financial services sector.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, reporting, and compliance using NetSuite capabilities.
Establish milestones, timelines, and success metrics for NetSuite adoption.
Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet the specific needs of financial services operations, including financial planning, reporting, and analytics.
Integrate NetSuite with existing business systems and third-party applications.
Optimize existing NetSuite configurations to enhance performance and scalability.
Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather business requirements and align NetSuite solutions with organizational goals.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and skill enhancement.
Ensure NetSuite configurations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements for financial services.
Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and process automation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users.
Monitor system performance and propose enhancements as needed.

Required
Proven experience as an Oracle NetSuite Consultant, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
In-depth understanding of financial operations, reporting, and compliance in the financial services domain.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and with stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred
NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics) are highly desirable.
Experience with third-party integrations and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements and best practices for the financial services industry.
Experience in process automation and data migration projects.
