Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve production issues in Oracle Projects Cloud modules (e.g., Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Project Contracts).

Monitor ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) for user-reported issues and resolve them within SLAs.

Troubleshoot interface and integration issues between Oracle Projects and other systems (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement).

Perform system setups and configurations for Oracle Projects based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements or customizations.

Support testing efforts (e.g., UAT, regression testing) for patches, upgrades, and enhancements.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.

Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operations.

Work closely with Oracle DBA, technical teams, and Oracle Support to apply patches and troubleshoot technical issues.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure process alignment.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, issue resolutions, and enhancement details.

Provide regular reports on production support metrics and system health.

Train end-users on Oracle Project functionalities, new features, and updates.

Act as the primary point of contact for user queries and escalations.

Required

Expertise in Oracle Project Modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management.

Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects.

SQL/PLSQL knowledge for querying Oracle databases and analyzing data issues.

Understanding of interfaces, APIs, and workflows in Oracle Projects.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication for stakeholder interaction and user training.

Familiarity with ITIL processes for production support.

Experience with SDLC and change management processes.
