Responsibilities

Must have a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.

Experience in implementing Oracle SCM applications such as Inventory, Order Management (OM), and Procurement.

Functional professional with at least 7+ years of ERP SCM implementation experience (Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS).

Experience in Order to Cash and Procurement is required.

Demonstrated experience in assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

Ability to understand, articulate, and address business issues, business drivers, and needs.

Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Strong networking skills (internal and external relationship management).

Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding and awareness of the technology lifecycle including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing, and operational transition.

Strong presentation skills coupled with technical writing skills and eagerness to.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

A high level of motivation, strong work ethic, and self-starting attitude.

Must be comfortable traveling across the USA as per business needs.

Experience in Project Costing and Billing (Preferred).
