Responsibilities
Translate outcome-based needs from Business Analysts / Solution Architect resources to technical designs within the boundaries of the solutions we have.
Plan and implement the technical roadmap that is driven from business requirements for enterprise business applications integration and service activation.
Enable technical designs and solutions to meet complex business requirements utilizing various components of the Application, SaaS, and PaaS technology stacks as applicable.
Manage/Lead internal and external development resources (either insourced or outsourced as appropriate) and mentor junior engineers as needed
Drive and manage an agile Software Development Lifecycle aligned to peer technology teams to meet business need.
Create and review technical designs, develop code to meet acceptance criteria for test scripting, review testing plans and track and document the development and results of these plans.
Participate in the definition, training, implementation, and support of system requirements.
Conduct proofs of concepts where necessary.
Evaluate and enhance infrastructure to support solution implementation and scaling
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success. This includes leveraging centralized functions (like Infrastructure and Network Operations, Database Administration and Quality Assurance) where appropriate.

Required
Degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science (or equivalent), MBA is desirable
Minimum 6-8 years of experience implementing Enterprise Business Systems in large global organizations
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the company's tech stack
Prior experience with Oracle SaaS application technologies is required, with Oracle Product Hub Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience being required.
Experience with and working knowledge of multiple database technologies (i.e. SQL Server or Oracle) in a custom development environment is highly desirable.
Experience with and working knowledge of multiple application architectures (like J2EE or .NET) in a custom development environment is highly desirable.
Experience with and working knowledge of programming languages (like Java, JavaScript, HTML5, Spring, C#) in a custom development environment is highly desirable.
Experience with and working knowledge of web application server technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Apache Solr, etc.) in a custom development environment is highly desirable.
Experience with and working knowledge of integration technologies (like Informatica ETL, SOA services, REST, etc.) in a custom development environment is highly desirable.
Multiple years working in hybrid Custom and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) development environment
Experience managing hybrid onshore and offshore development/support teams
Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems
Prior implementation experience of large-scale ERP (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com or equivalent) applications is required, multiple implementations preferred
Experience with software development, system architecture, and design
Proven ability to translate requirements to technical architecture
Demonstrable understanding of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling is required.
Proven track record of successfully aligning technology around strategic business goals in large global organizations
Proven track record of delivering enterprise class solutions across a broad range of business processes
Proven track record for implementing and managing agile Software Development Lifecycle processes
Ability to manage and direct internal and external resources in a changing environment, e.g., reassign priorities, alter direction, and re-allocate resources.
Ability to train and develop staff, estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, interpret, and ensure consistent application of organizational policies.
Proven analytical, decision making & judgment skills, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work with diverse groups of people in challenging and complex endeavors, as demonstrated by successful team experience.
Proven ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all levels and groups across the organization and provide useful information and explanations about technical issues in a complete, accurate, and understandable manner.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability are essential.
Strong interpersonal as well as written and spoken communication skills are essential.
