Responsibilities

Primary – Daily FBDI uploads of item transactional data into the CORE Connect (Oracle) ERP.
Primary – Weekly reconciliation of data to ensure all built items are setup to be transactable (can be requisitioned & purchased)
Primary – Work with Vendor Management Office to initiate supplier setup & maintenance requests
Primary – Build new Blanket Purchase Agreements based on Supplier setups
Secondary – Monitor MDI work queue’s and perform data maintenance requests (price updates, stock/non-stock updates, various item maintenance requests)

Required

Well versed in Oracle Cloud FBDI (File Based Data Import) and Import Maps
Ability to translate spreadsheet data into Oracle-required templates for upload
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to data intake in Oracle
Ability to quality check data once loaded
Daily FBDI uploads of item transactional data into the CORE Connect (Oracle) ERP
Weekly reconciliation of data to ensure all built items are setup to be transactable
Work with Vendor Management Office to initiate supplier setup & maintenance requests
Build new Blanket Purchase Agreements based on Supplier setups
Monitor MDI work queue’s and perform data maintenance requests
Ability to batch requests coming from multiple sources in a semi-standard format
Familiarity with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) or general ERP report building
At least intermediate excel knowledge (Strong with Pivots, Lookup functions, Concatenates)
Familiarity with File Based Data Imports (FBDI)
Ability to communicate needs when working with MDI teammates, Clinical Value Analysis Team, and Vendor Management Office
Ability to quickly analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources
