Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and translate them into Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
Configure the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud application to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Supply Planning Cloud with other Oracle Cloud applications and legacy systems.
Provide expertise in supply chain planning processes, including forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are equipped to use the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud effectively.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
Utilize Oracle Supply Planning Cloud’s reporting tools to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics.
Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Train client teams on the use of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, ensuring they can independently manage and optimize their supply chain processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Supply Planning Cloud or similar supply chain planning software.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting demand planning solutions in a supply chain environment.
Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Expertise in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
