Responsibilities
Edits, analyzes, and interprets incoming orders to clarify missing information
Contacts order sources to correct discrepancies
Assists Customer Service Representatives in satisfying customer requests
Enters orders into the network ERP system
Prepares letters, quotes, and reports
Notifies customers of order entry delays and requests delivery changes
Provides data entry and analysis
Maintains procedures, forms, and reporting documentation
Processes RMA documentation
Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides reports
Develops and implements databases and data collection systems
Acquires data from primary or secondary sources
Identifies trends and patterns in data sets
Cleans data by reviewing reports and performance indicators
Works with management to prioritize business needs
Defines process improvement opportunities
Types letters, memos, forms, and reports from drafts or instructions
Compiles data and prepares summary reports
Maintains files and follows up on reports
Uses office machines and responds to telephone inquiries
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
5 years or equivalent of Customer Service experience required.
Proficient keyboarding skills and ability to successfully navigate in Windows software applications.
Must present a professional and pleasant demeanor with customers. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills required in addition to sound telephone etiquette. Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
