Responsibilities
Manage and follow through on complex duties of accounts.
Monitor order statuses and update internal and external customers on order progress.
Implement changes to systems or processes based on new company policies.
Partner with Demand & Supply Planning on inventory levels.
Coordinate with Transportation and Distribution Centers for timely and complete shipments.
Assist GBS Partners with placing orders and providing order status updates.
Provide information about products or services relevant to customer needs.
Monitor customer accounts to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with Customer Success on order line clean up and KPI reviews.
Perform analytical tasks for customers.
Ensure all transactional duties transitioned to the GBS Team are managed effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or GED is required
Bachelors Degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar degree
Five (5) or more years related operational experience in customer relations working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
Full understanding of customer order to cash processes
Skillful in claims, returns and order management with good judgment and decision-making skills
Proven ability to implement process improvements
Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient with COGNOS, Discoverer and other similar report writers
Knowledge of general accounting practices and principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organization skills
Ability to function in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in system support to enable good decisions and responsiveness to customers
