Required

3+ years of experience as a military order of battle analyst

3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized all-source intelligence analysis training

Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)

Knowledge of the DoD and wider IC

Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Preferred

4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst

Experience with missiles or defensive systems

Experience in the MENA area of responsibility (AOR)

Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; Master's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus
