Responsibilities
Participating in the deployment of ERP systems across the Americas, ensuring proper preparation phase and country readiness
Driving cutover preparation and execution for countries and functions across the Americas to ensure smooth execution of the ERP deployment roadmap
Leading Change Management activities with area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and change acceptance
Contributing to define best practices for ERP Deployment as well as end-user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
High school/GED from an accredited education institution AND eleven (11) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years of OCM experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred
Strong change management, communication skills, business and process acumen, as well as analytical skills
Understanding of and experience in the OCM and training lifecycles
Proven experience in Project Management
Proven experience in deploying ERP in a private, public, government or military environment
Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies
Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environments.
