Responsibilities
Possess knowledge and skills in Q-GIS and IQGeo Experience.
Familiarity with IFP (overlay) work for F1 and F2 fiber placement.
Understanding of the ASE (AT&T Service Ethernet) process.
Identify and meet all customer requirements such as SOC-Subscriber Owned Conduit, Backboard, #6 Ground, -120V electrical outlet.
Populate AT&T site visit checklists, take site pictures, and upload photos to AT&T system- Field Studio.
Read and interpret plat information, easements, and R.O.W details for fiber placement.
Determine handhole and fiber terminal placement.
Identify existing utilities and structures for fiber distribution.
Take detailed field notes and follow provided Scope of Work to place new fiber facilities.
Utilize google earth KMZ process for creating field notes.
Provide own tools as an independent contractor.

Required
Thorough understanding of various AT&T-related OSP Wireline processes and guidelines
Q-GIS and IQGeo Experience Skills
Familiar with IFP (overlay) work for F1 and F2 fiber placement
Familiar with the ASE (AT&T Service Ethernet) process
Ability to identify ALL customer requirements (i.e… SOC-Subscriber Owned Conduit, Backboard, #6 Ground, -120V electrical outlet)
Ability to populate AT&T site visit check list, take site pictures, and mark photo of existing or proposed fiber term and NTE to upload AT&T system- Field Studio
Ability to identify and read plat information, locating all easement and R.O.W (Right of Way) details for fiber placement
Ability to determine handhole placement and fiber terminal placement inside new development
Must identify any existing utilities such as electric transformer- pedestals, power poles, water lines- meters and valves, gas lines- meters and valves, other provider structures such as CATV hand holes, and pedestals poles
Identify any existing structure and or conduits placed by developer inside subdivision for AT&T use to place fiber distribution between lots
Able to take detailed field notes and follow the MIC/ SN4 (Scope of Work) provided by AT&T to determine how to safely place new fiber facilities
Experience and knowledge of the google earth KMZ process to create field notes for final designs
1099 independent contractor must provide own tools (i.e…engineering measuring wheel, Handhole Hook, Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, Socket Set, Screwdriver Set, Can Wrench)
Specialty Tools may be required such as Hastings 40 FT Height stick for cable attachment measuring on poles
