Responsibilities

Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database

Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)

Coordinating site access with customers

Reviewing contractor deliverables, such as drawings, maps, photos and test results

Coordinating maintenance coverage and facilities protection through regional One-Call systems

Maintaining data within Vero’s Network Operations Center platform

Vendor invoice processing and updating capital budget records

Preparing service delivery documentation and close-out packages for customers

Manage project closeout requirements

Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an ad hoc basis
