Required
10+ years of experience
Deep technical expertise in OTM, including setup configuration, order management, and bulk planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-first attitude to provide both technical and functional support to users
Experience with both OTM and JD Edwards (JDE)
Solid understanding of logistics management principles
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record in OTM and JDE
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
