Responsibilities

• Account/Campaign Management : Set up, optimize, and manage outbound marketing programs, primarily in Apollo.io, to execute seamless email campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Smartlead and CRM integrations (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Campaign Development : Develop and test strategic email campaigns for clients, focusing on precise messaging, automations, and A/B testing. AI Prompting a plus.

• Data Analysis : Monitor campaign performance metrics, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.

• Technical Expertise : Ensure email deliverability, compliance, and optimization with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations and domain warm-up techniques.

• Client Collaboration : Align campaigns with clients’ business objectives, ICPs, and USPs while providing insights and reports.

• Testing & Optimization : Conduct iterative testing to refine campaign workflows and optimize results over time.

Required

1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, outbound marketing, email campaigns, ABM.

A love for uncovering insights through data and a focus on results-driven strategies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A measured, deliberate approach to work that prioritizes thoughtful execution over speed.

Technical expertise in ensuring email deliverability, compliance, and optimization with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations and domain warm-up techniques.
