Responsibilities
Contact borrowers with mortgage loans in early delinquency (60 days or less) to collect payments.
Assess borrower finances to establish repayment plans.
Handle inbound inquiries from borrowers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws during communications.
Investigate and resolve account issues, escalating as needed.

Required
2+ years of higher education and/or relevant experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
