Responsibilities
Increase profitability by promoting products, providing technical support, and conducting training for new and repeat customers
Identify, generate, and prospect for new customers
Cultivate relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth
Provide expert guidance to help customers transform their vision into reality
Contribute to a "team first" work environment
Make calls to potential and existing customers to sell the company's products and services
Monitor technical and business objectives of prospective customers
Provide purchasing feedback as it relates to inventory levels, dead stock, and new product evaluation
Maintain working knowledge of product lines
Negotiate skillfully and achieve acceptable profit margins to increase the company's profits and maintain the company's overall financial health
Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction
Work closely with the Branch Manager and operations staff to see orders through to correct and timely fulfillment
Report customer issues to Branch Manager immediately and provide customer support to resolve complaints and problems while maintaining good relationships
Maintain open lines of regular communication between all sales staff

Required
2-3 years of sales experience
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred
Inside Sales experience
Wholesale experience
Construction industry knowledge
