Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the Chicago based territory, leveraging AMERISAN's unique selling proposition.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food and Pharma industries, nurturing leads and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide personalized support and solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Utilize market insights to position AMERISAN as a trusted advisor, delivering value-added services beyond product offerings.
Drive sales growth by promoting AMERISAN's innovative range of products and services.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and develop strategic plans for long-term success.
Represent AMERISAN at industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.

Required
5+ years of success in outside sales, preferably within the Food or Pharma industries.
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and excellent communication skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the greater Chicago land territory.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
