Responsibilities
Identifies market and industry potential within the territory and makes calls on potential and existing customers.
Develops effective territory management and customer sales plans.
Establishes and maintains close relationships with new and existing clients.
Actively utilize, plans and coordinates sales opportunities with vendor resources.
Keeps informed of new products and other information of interest to customers.
Demonstrates self-management to effectively monitor own progress.
Interacts with inside sales representatives and customer service representatives sharing and exchanging information.
Utilizes product samples with customers to help increase sales.
Demonstrates full compliance to the company’s sales and price guidelines.
Participates and supports the marketing department promotional initiatives.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in outside sales
Candidate must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced sales environment
Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to travel within territory
Must be focused and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong time management skills
Strong self-management skills
Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
Working knowledge of the Internet and MS Office tools
Preferred
Prior industry experience in Restoration/Commercial Cleaning Products
