Responsibilities
Complete Appointments assigned by Company
Maintaining sales quotas, sales records, and job jackets
Maintaining and upgrading picture books and samples
Refining and practicing sales presentation and demonstrations
Professionally attired and presenting a prepared professional presentation to the customer
Developing self-generated leads
Follow-up on leads that were not closed, bringing in the sales manager when needed
Work with the homeowner throughout the customer lifecycle and visiting the job after completion of the job
Work and maintain a good relationship with the installation manager and following the process of each job
Continue education through refresher courses, seminars, books, tapes, etc.
Understand and manage appointment close % vs company established percentage close budget for each product
Attending all required sales meetings
Properly measure and price each job
Adhere to all policies and procedures as required by the dealer, the dealership agreement and the operations manual

Required
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 2 years related In-Home sales experience
Must have demonstrated success with in-home sales
Exceptional communication, telephone, and organizational skills
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Exhibit willingness to learn company In-home Sales presentation and administer presentation during appointments
Exhibit understanding of appointment close %
Proficient in reading a tape measure
Maintain a valid United States driver’s license
Exhibit discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with sales and marketing departments
Criminal background check required
