Responsibilities
Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships within your territory.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Be a proactive ambassador of our services, consistently communicating and promoting our offerings.
Consult with clients to specify roofing system repairs that meet their needs and adhere to industry standards.
Represent Greenwood Roof Services at trade shows, expos, and marketing events to boost our market presence.
Generate leads for repair and service work through cold calling, referrals, account management, and networking.
Leverage our Sales CRM daily for account management, scheduling, proposal development, and tracking sales activities.
Use our Service CRM to assess roof conditions in the field and develop comprehensive repair proposals.
Engage in ongoing sales meetings, training, and professional development through manufacturer seminars and conferences.
Estimate existing roof conditions accurately and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure project success and provide necessary support.
Assist with receivables for your accounts as directed by management.

Required
Excellent work ethic and competitive mindset
5+ years experience in sales, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Comfortable with heights
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to work well within a team
Must reside within the New York City Metropolitan Area
