Responsibilities
Own the Sales Process: From the first pitch to closing the sale, you’ll manage the complete sales cycle, building relationships with retail partners and driving product placement in stores.
Collaborate with Key Partners: Work closely with distributor sales teams, brand managers, and Kit Non-Alc's Sales Director to align strategies, execute initiatives, and maximize territory growth opportunities.
Build Retail Partnerships: Cultivate strong connections with store managers and staff, ensuring Kit Non-Alc products are optimally placed to maximize visibility and sales.
Promote and Influence: Represent Kit Non-Alc at in-store demos, events, and promotions, engaging consumers directly and creating memorable experiences that lead to repeat purchases.
Educate & Engage: Share Kit Non-Alc’s story and product benefits with both consumers and retail staff, generating excitement and encouraging trial.
Market Insights: Gather real-time feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and product placement opportunities, reporting valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure that retailers align with pricing, display, and placement standards, preserving Kit Non-Alc’s brand image.
Track Success Metrics: Monitor and report on engagement, sales performance, and inventory levels, helping us measure our impact and seize growth opportunities.

Required
1-3 years of experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, or a similar role, ideally within the beverage or CPG industry.
Proven ability to overcome objections, close deals, and thrive in an environment where results are directly tied to earnings.
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and influencing buying decisions.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of independently managing a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passionate about Kit Non-Alc’s mission and eager to promote a healthier lifestyle.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within your territory.
