Responsibilities
Customer relationship building:Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support.
In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Acquiring new business: Engage in lead generation by finding relevant prospects and engaging potential buyers, supplemented by our dedicated marketing team.
Cross-selling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.

Required
At least 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, account management or related college major
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time
Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of sales process
Highly persuasive with honest work and business ethics
Preferred
Spanish speaking a plus
Previous energy industry experience a plus
