Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to increase sales and manage projects in the western part of the United States:
Outside Sales: In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential clients, while growing the business with both Decking and Studs divisions
Project Manager: Plan, direct, or coordinate specific tasks, including, scheduling, managing budgets, documentation, coordination, and client interaction; compliance with Company safety program and policies. maintaining customer service and relations; and business development.

Required
Ability to cultivate and build a stream of prospective new commercial business by actively seeking out and self-generating leads.
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Travel to job sites required.
