Responsibilities
Responsible for efficient and accurate processing of daily activities for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS)
Investigate discrepancies by reviewing source documentation and faxes from the agent bank
Review system-generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities and handle exception items
Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to reflect date accurately in the system
Handle requests from different departments/clients within an hour turnaround
Complete special projects as assigned

Required
BA or BS from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience needed
Business/Finance/Accounting experience strongly recommended
Ability to work a hybrid schedule 2 days each week in the Dallas, TX office
Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in high-yield or leveraged loan financial market
Strong PC (Personal Computer) skills – Microsoft Office
