Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design packaging for various products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.

Develop and present design ideas through sketches, prototypes, and digital renderings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and consumer needs.

Use Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed packaging designs and artwork.

Ensure compliance of packaging designs with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for accurate production of designs.

Conduct research on packaging trends, materials, and technologies.

Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Package Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Ability to work onsite in Monroe, NJ, five days a week.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques is a plus.

Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market trends.
