Responsibilities
Formulate and communicate ideas for new artwork/structure analyzing customer needs and production feasibility.
Have knowledge of various printing equipment and printing processes.
Handle various art-related projects for intercompany management.
Record keeping and filing of specifications.
Meet time schedules on projects with possible overtime involved.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Required
Bachelors Degree or applicable work experience
Knowledge of 2D CAD is a must
Packaging design specifically with industrial films (shrink, polyolefin, stretch, and shrink bundling) is a must
Must have experience related to materials, machine process, packaging design, printing process, and familiar with current procedures with trucking, FedEx, Air, and overseas
Structural design (horizontal, vertical, and stand-up) experience is a must in corrugated industry (box packaging)
Good communicator with customers and sales staff
Must have working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation, product layouts, production specifications, and product quality specifications
