Responsibilities
Develop specifications and test new packaging for a major retail brand
Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to develop and test new packaging
Communicate results and make recommendations on next steps
Maintain and operate packaging lab test equipment
Maintain and create specifications in the Catalyst system

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in a packaging function
Expertise in packaging development, materials, and manufacturing
Experience working with various packaging materials
Experience with sustainability or reusables
Packaging design experience
Proven ability in effectively managing multiple packaging projects through testing and roll out phase
Experience working closely with internal teams and suppliers within a cross-functional environment
Preferred
Ability to build effective relationships and influence across multiple levels in an organization
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
Demonstrated excellence of both written and verbal communication skills
History of successful project management, time-management, and prioritization skills
Ability to move work forward in an environment of urgency
Comfortable working through ambiguity
