Responsibilities

Generate out-of-the-box innovative ideas for gaining a competitive edge.

Lead innovation initiatives from research to execution of new packaging solutions.

Independently run experiments and perform pilot testing on lab equipment.

Create packaging test methods and SOPs for novel testing procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects to completion.

Support manufacturing, product development, and packaging development with technical recommendations.

Present and communicate results internally and externally.

Travel to perform on-site tests in manufacturing plants (up to 25% travel).

Required

4 Years – Experience in Packaging or other related Engineering or Manufacturing fields

6 Years– Experience in Packaging or other related Engineering or Manufacturing fields
