Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Amazon
Conduct strategic media buying across diverse digital advertising ecosystems
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed ROAS targets
Perform in-depth performance analysis and create actionable insights
Manage and allocate client ad budgets with precision and strategic thinking
Lead the creative team in developing high-converting ad creatives specifically tailored to beauty and fashion verticals
Develop creative testing frameworks to identify top-performing ad concepts
Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-driven content
Stay ahead of emerging creative trends across TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms
Analyze product data to inform media buying and creative strategies
Develop strategic product positioning and promotional approaches
Create data-driven recommendations for product offerings and timing
Implement advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques
Optimize product listings and advertising strategies on Amazon

Required
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in beauty, fashion, or e-commerce
Proven track record of managing significant ad spend with demonstrable ROAS improvements
Deep understanding of paid social, search, and e-commerce advertising platforms
Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Strong portfolio of successful creative campaigns
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Amazon Advertising
Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude)
Experience with A/B testing tools
Data visualization and reporting skills
Preferred
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
