Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive paid media strategies within various Social platforms including Meta, Linkedin, Tik Tok
Oversee and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns including budget management, ad group setup, creative refinement, targeting adjustments, performance monitoring, and optimization
Collaborate effectively with Support teams on pre, mid and post campaign requirements
Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve ROI
Tag/pixel creation, platform setup and troubleshooting
Assist in development of SOPs for paid media management to set performance standards & streamline execution
Drive to discover, learn, adapt, and test new ideas to continually build our Social offering
Keep up to date with the latest industry news related to all Social platforms including restrictions & guidelines

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent digital advertising or ad operations experience
Minimum 3 year of hands on agency experience; working on multiple clients across various industries
Google Analytics (GA4), Blueprint. Linkedin & Tik Tok Ads certifications required
Proven expertise and demonstration in efficiently managing and scaling Social campaigns
Skilled in analytics and data interpretation
Experience managing campaigns in an Business & Ads Manager environment
A strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media best practices, and industry trends
Must have excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to manage a large number of accounts with minimal direction
Must be flexible and innovative; able to reset priorities to meet changing client goals
