Responsibilities
Responsible for paid media timelines and tracking deliverables with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of multichannel campaigns.
Responsible for trafficking and QA of paid media assets in coordination with creative and paid media agencies.
Responsible for ensuring paid media assets are completed based on the project timeline, including social and search copy review, and the management of the content approval workflow.
Responsible for cross-channel budget tracking.
Ensure paid campaigns are managed effectively to achieve expected performance targets.
Develop reporting that is actionable and insightful for internal stakeholders.
Adhering to and enforcing paid media operating procedures that align to compliance and controls needs.

Required
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
5 years of paid media experience
Paid media agency management experience
Strong understanding of paid media channel planning across programmatic video and display, social and search
Agency management experience
Previous experience working in a highly matrixed organization managing multiple stakeholders
Detail driven project manager who has experience in supporting the development of campaign timelines and managing deliverables
Experience developing paid media reporting that is actionable and insightful for internal stakeholders
Budget management experience
Preferred
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning through various training and new project opportunities
Previous experience executing campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads or Bing Ads
