Responsibilities
Craft and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and client success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
Provide thought leadership on industry trends and insights to keep clients informed and confident in our strategies.
Collaborate with client teams across marketing, sales, and product departments to create integrated solutions that achieve measurable results.
Begin as a solo contributor, taking full ownership of campaign execution, strategy, and client relationships.
Lay the groundwork for future team development by identifying processes, tools, and skills required to scale our operations.
Inspire, mentor, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment as we grow, taking on a leadership role with direct reports in the near future.
Help shape Oui Do Good’s team culture and practices, ensuring they reflect our commitment to balance, growth, and social impact.
Manage all aspects of campaign planning, buying, optimization, and reporting for a portfolio of clients.
Execute self-service and oversee managed-service digital campaigns across Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search…
Optimize campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing return on investment.
Develop and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency in campaign management and reporting.
Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure campaigns meet and exceed performance expectations.

Required
6+ years in digital media
Proficiency in social and programmatic platforms, with a focus on those with retail integrations like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Criteo and more.
Proficiency across large-scale media buying expected, but not limited to: Amazon Ads: AAC, Amazon DSP, Managed Service; Retail Media Platforms: Macy’s Media Network, Target/Roundel, Ulta Beauty Media, Walmart Connect, Walgreen, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, Criteo Commerce Max, CitrusAd.
Proficiency in using data analytics platforms for reporting and creating dashboards.
Experience successfully navigating a portfolio of brands maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
A passion for building and empowering teams, with the vision to grow and scale Oui Do Good’s operations.
