Paid Media Manager (B2B) – Paid Internship

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize current paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Assist in managing KPIs, reduce cost per lead, and increase return on investment.
Implement and maintain all conversion tracking methods (Pixels, CAPI, GTM).
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams, providing project updates, timelines, and KPIs on a weekly basis.
Analyze and report on performance metrics, including ROI, cost per lead, cost per action, and other key marketing metrics across all channels, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on paid media trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
Meet with paid channel representatives bi-weekly to manage, analyze, and optimize our campaigns according to budget (e.g., Google account manager, LinkedIn account manager).

Required
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience working on paid digital marketing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Ability to dedicate 20 hours per week.
Eager to advance your knowledge in the B2B digital marketing world.
Preferred
Experience with Apple Search Ads.
Experience in niche B2B digital marketing.
Graduate student studying marketing.
First-hand experience in the B2B space.
Experience dealing in niche markets.
