Responsibilities
Concept, build, and execute a wide range of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
Develop marketing strategies and plans for new products and customer segments
Leveraging our real-time data dashboards, analyze and communicate recommended adjustments to campaigns daily.
Leverage third party platforms (Shopify, GA, etc) to analyze, communicate and recommend adjustments to media performance
Create and provide direction to marketing and graphic design team for conversion focused creative development
Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
Additional team support as needed

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
1-3 years of digital marketing experience
Technologically adept
Strong excel skills
Strong data analysis skills. Ability to aggregate & analyze data to drive data driven decision making.
In depth knowledge of the Meta & TikTok platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Occasional travel
