Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Development: Design, build, and manage strategic paid media social campaigns across Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Google, and programatic.
Conversion Tracking: Be able to Implement pixel and conversion tracking using GTM and GA4
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment, adjusting bids, creatives, and strategies as necessary.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and creative trends to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and report findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms and campaigns to maximize efficiency and results.

Required
4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and Google.
Google and Meta ad experience is a must.
Agency experience is required - with a focus on account paid media management.
Strong Strategic skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, etc.
In-depth understanding of the latest social media trends, creative trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and team collaboration is a must.
Preferred
Entertainment advertising experience nice to have.
