Responsibilities
Assist the senior team in creating and building out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for our clients.
Help healthcare clients find success in engaging their community while staying on-target to achieve defined KPIs and objectives.
Assist in providing campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting.

Required
2-3 years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns
Experience running media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube, etc.), Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, OTT
Experience in reporting to showcase campaign data effectively to clients
Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
Experience in recommending and implementing adjustments to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
Experience with conversion landing page tools
Preferred
Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus
