Responsibilities
Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Researching and building new campaigns as needed
Analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement
Developing and implementing A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and creatives
Generating data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives
Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Required
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing implementation and analysis, ideally in both lead generation and e-commerce settings
At least 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency/company
Proven experience in optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Pinterest Ads
Self-sufficient expertise in Excel
Experience with Shopify and/or feed management tools like DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics
