Responsibilities
Coordinate with UGC creators to request and manage video content for paid social campaigns.
Provide clear feedback and guidance to creators to ensure videos align with our brand and creative brief.
Perform light video editing, including adding captions, overlays, and supporting clips.
Ensure a steady flow of UGC assets for multiple campaigns, with a variety of video styles to test.
Track and organize all UGC content for easy access and quick iteration based on performance.
Collaborate with the paid social team to understand which creative elements perform best and optimize new iterations accordingly.

Required
3+ years of experience in social media content coordination, video editing, or a related field.
Familiarity with Meta and TikTok paid social ad formats and best practices.
Strong understanding of effective UGC-style ad design and content that resonates with audiences.
Proficiency in basic video editing tools. We use VEED (similar to CapCut), but are open to other platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content requests and feedback loops.
Strong communication skills, with experience giving constructive feedback to creators.
Preferred
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
Understanding of performance metrics for paid social and the ability to optimize creative based on data insights.
A portfolio or sample work showcasing your understanding of UGC-style videos for paid social media campaigns.
