Responsibilities
Respects and follows safety rules in plants, during business trips, and while using personal protective equipment.
Takes part in customer project development meetings and ensures the application of Design to paint methodology.
Manages technical relationships with paint raw material suppliers and validates paint products through the development process.
Drives the development of jigs from CAD design to final acceptance on-site and validates paint range, process, and customer specifications.
Coordinates and drives paint trials, evaluates quality, and proposes modifications for a robust paint process meeting customer quality standards.
Participates in process validation, reports performance levels, and coordinates customer buy-off of painted products.
Ensures convergence to scrap targets and proposes continuous improvement plans for the plant.
Manages productivity projects and validates proposed solutions for process improvements.

Required
Bachelor or Master degree with experience
5 years in paint field or chemistry or process in automotive industry
Knowledge of paint process development for liquid paint application on Class A surfaces in the Automotive Industry
Measurement of color, structure, paint defects
Accept full responsibility for paint development project (cost, timing, quality)
Driver of the project to achieve the goals
