Responsibilities
Implement the integration of new client projects into Palantir Foundry, ensuring seamless data ingestion and alignment with client objectives.
Design, develop, and customize data pipelines within Palantir Foundry to process and transform data according to client needs.
Configure and optimize Foundry infrastructure to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability for diverse client applications.
Work closely with clients, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
Establish and promote best practices for data engineering, pipeline development, and Foundry infrastructure management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required
8+ years in data engineering, with substantial experience in Palantir Foundry and pipeline development.
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred
Palantir certifications are highly preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Palantir Foundry certifications or previous Palantir trainings are highly preferred.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
