Responsibilities

Implement vision and strategy for Danaher’s data management practices to realize business outcomes and meet the data requirements of the Enterprise, Platform and Operating Companies that part of Danaher.

Help create Danaher’s data and analytics strategy and architecture in collaboration with Senior IT leaders (CDAO, CEA, CIO, CTO, CISO).

Support the establishment of a data-driven culture and enhance the organization's Data & Analytics capabilities.

Institute an enterprise operating model for data and analytics that is consistent with the capabilities and competencies required to execute the strategy.

Support the creation and management of enterprise data offerings, ensuring consistent application and use of data and analytics solutions.

Support creation of governance mechanisms for data and algorithms to maintain trust in data assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support regulatory and compliance programs related to data and analytics assets, ensuring adherence to security and privacy standards.

Required

Minimum 10 years progressive experience creating Data & Analytics architecture and ecosystems with a minimum of 5 years of Palantir experience.

Professional record of accomplishment in leading Data & Analytics transformation and architectural change in large, complex, multi-divisional global settings.

Strong knowledge of data analytics and cloud-based computing.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage architectural change in enterprise-scale projects and initiatives.

Extensive knowledge of enterprise systems architecture and technology.
