Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and robust solutions on the Palantir Foundry platform.
Implement data pipelines, workflows, and analytics applications within Palantir.
Leverage Palantir's ontology and pipeline-building tools for optimal data integration and transformation.
Lead a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and adherence to technical standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and troubleshooting.
Maintain and operate Palantir-based systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Proactively monitor and resolve issues, optimizing system performance and workflows.
Drive incident management processes, including root cause analysis and long-term resolution strategies.
Work closely with business teams, data scientists, and analysts to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
Partner with Palantir and other technology providers for support and integration.
Stay updated on the latest Palantir platform capabilities and industry best practices.
Identify automation, optimization, and innovation opportunities within the platform and workflows.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the broader data strategy.

Required
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and knowledge of analytics tools.
5+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including ontology design, data integration, and pipeline development.
5+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages commonly used with Palantir solutions.
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with platform operations, including performance monitoring, debugging, and issue resolution.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
Experience with other data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
