Responsibilities

Meets with the directors and supervisor before the event to go over details.

Manages orders for delivery to the suites before and during each event.

Expedites the food and beverage orders placed throughout the game.

Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.

Processes payment for all goods and services purchased throughout the event.

Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques.

Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.

Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.

Create, modify and close sales checks in point of sale.

Understands all event paperwork and reports.

Adheres to location appearance interact with ownership groups to ensure that their needs are met routinely.

Maintains good safety and sanitation practices.

Follows responsible alcohol service policies.

Works closely with the Suite Supervisor to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service

Understands the content of the menu and ensures timely delivery of food

Strictly follows food and safety guidelines
