Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout the entire case lifecycle, from pre-litigation through trial preparation and post-trial matters.

Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and settlement agreements.

Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials, and mediations by preparing exhibits, evidence, and trial binders.

Manage case files, documents, and databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Assist attorneys in developing case strategies, reviewing discovery materials, and preparing witness testimony.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible.

Monitor case progress, deadlines, and court dates to ensure timely submissions and responses.
