Responsibilities
Draft and review contract matters, including NDAs and template agreements.
Assist in legal operations, ensuring compliance and streamlining processes.
Conduct in-depth legal research, particularly focusing on employment laws in California.
Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

Required
A bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
5+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on contract law and employment law in California.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong administrative skills.
Enjoy and thrive working in a busy and dynamic environment.
Solutions-oriented knowing when to escalate potential issues and challenges.
A collaborator with excellent communication skills.
A clear and friendly communication style with strong listening skills, both written and verbal.
Must be a positive, proactive, think outside the box, and organized team player.
