Responsibilities
Facilitate the collection and review of necessary documentation, records, and information related to employee investigations.
Identify key employees and records needed for the investigation and ensure follow-up for completeness.
Coordinate and track investigation activities to keep processes moving forward efficiently.
Maintain organized and comprehensive records of investigation activities and outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including compliance leads and key employees, to drive investigation progress.
Act as a liaison to gather and consolidate information from various departments and systems.
Pull records and data from tools like Salesforce.
Manage documentation using Excel, Word, and other standard tools.
Experience with NAVEX or similar systems is a plus but not required.

Required
7+ Years of experience as a paralegal
Detail-oriented with the ability to support investigation activities from start to finish
Ability to facilitate the collection and review of necessary documentation, records, and information related to employee investigations
Ability to identify key employees and records needed for the investigation and ensure follow-up for completeness
Ability to coordinate and track investigation activities to keep processes moving forward efficiently
Ability to maintain organized and comprehensive records of investigation activities and outcomes
Ability to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, including compliance leads and key employees, to drive investigation progress

Preferred
Experience in supporting complex investigations or managing large-scale litigation matters
Previous in-house experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with compliance-related activities in Europe
Experience with NAVEX or similar systems
