Responsibilities
Assists closing attorneys in file management;
Pulls reports required for closing;
Ordering and following up with title orders;
Prepares and compiles loan documentation in compliance with both internal and SBA requirements pursuant to the instructions of closing attorney;
Develops familiarity with all loan structures;
Other duties as assigned

Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings, specifically extensive familiarity with SBA loan documentation
Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
Highly Proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS Office suite
Strong organization skills
Ability to follow orders of senior legal staff and show initiative
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred
