Responsibilities

Drafting and editing litigation documents

Assisting with Discovery Responses and Legal Briefs

Tracking billable hours

Cooperating with a contract attorney to facilitate smooth business operations

Monitoring and managing client inquiries

Filing legal documents on the state and federal level

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

Required

Demonstrated experience in a substantive litigation role

Proven knowledge and experience in preparing legal briefs

Capable of managing and responding to discovery requests effectively

Comprehensive understanding of the discovery process in litigation cases

Strong research and report writing skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of state and federal filings

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal studies
