Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain business licenses, fictitious business name certificates, vehicle registrations and renewals, permits and other annual renewals.
Assist with insurance program compliance
Prepare initial drafts of franchise documents, non-disclosure and independent contractor agreements for General Counsel review
Format documents, proofread, draft letters and manage communications with outside agencies, company team members and contractors, and franchisees.
Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Paralegal and General Counsel

Required
College degree and/or paralegal certification
Must have prior experience working as a paralegal in one or more positions in a busy, fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Preferred
Prior experience in an in-house corporate legal department setting a plus, but not required.
