Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of paralegals, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met with efficiency and accuracy.
Establish and maintain processes to ensure compliance with court procedures, firm protocols, and best practices in legal support.
Develop, mentor, and train paralegals to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents.
Serve as a central liaison between departments to streamline case management and promote effective collaboration.
Monitor case progress, track productivity metrics, and implement strategies to improve team performance.
Drive improvements in case management systems and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Required
Supervisory or management experience in a legal or comparable professional environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and filing systems.
Proven ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments.
Preferred
Experience with case management software (Filevine or similar platforms is highly preferred).
A background in personal injury law or paralegal experience is beneficial but secondary to leadership capabilities.
